Hi, I'm Roser Ros and I'm here to help you improve your dancing.
I am an international Swing dance teacher, specialising in Solo Jazz, Lindy Hop and Aerials. I have taught at some of the best festivals in Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Canada. At the same time, I feel very connected to the dance community in Barcelona and surroundings.
Before becoming a professional dancer I worked as a primary school teacher for many years. I have always been very interested in didactics and pedagogy. My classes have an excellent pedagogical quality.
Jazz and Lindy Hop are African-American artistic expressions that cannot be separated from the culture of racism and oppression from which they arose. I work keeping in mind the origins of music and dance that we enjoy so much.
I am deeply committed to appreciating the African American roots of Lindy Hop and Swing.

Roser is super didactic, she dances to death, the choreographies are fun and cool, and you can make a lot of progress with a little practice. With the time that I have been with her classes, I feel that I have improved in the steps, I coordinate my arms more and better and every day I enjoy it more (you just have to see my face while I dance). I have done all of your Zoom Followers courses. I love classes and have always found them very useful. Roser teaches concepts that are not normally received in regular pair classes. I have greatly improved the musicality and the control of my movements. Before I just got carried away but was not aware of the movements as I am now. Also, the variations he shares are great!
