We have taken great care to make it clear in every corner of the website that we work with a subscription/membership model. On the other hand, during the registration process, you received an email reminding you that the product is a subscription and will renew automatically. During the registration process, it was clearly communicated that our website is a membership platform with automatic renewal.

For the avoidance of doubt, we also have it well explained in FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions , with detailed information about our membership model and the automatic renewal process. We have made every effort to to communicate these terms clearly to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.
